By using Guardian Post ("the App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 12 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Content
When you submit content to the App, you retain ownership of the content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Guardian Post and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guardian Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic Of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
